Spa policies
PERSONAL BELONGS
You must store all personal items and clothing in your assigned locker. Make sure that your locker is security locked before leaving. Arisoo Spa will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items, inside our facility, or items left inside the lockers. Items left at Lost and Found will not be the responsibility of Arisoo Spa.
Overall atmosphere is created and affected by everyone within the facility, so please help foster a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone to enjoy!
DRESS CODE
Absolutely no outside footwear is permitted inside our facility. Robe cannot be worn inside pools and no clothing allowed inside. For your own safety, long hair must be restrained. Absolutely no cotton t-shirts or non-swimwear pants will be allowed inside the hydro Area . Any individual that must wear shirts/pants inside swimming pool for religious or medical reasons, shall wear only swimwear overalls. (i.e. wetsuit, swim grade shirts and swim grade pants).
FACILITY USE, RESTRICTION, OR LIMITED ACCESS
Arisoo Spa reserves the right to close or restrict access, without advance notice, to any area of the facility for any reason. Any neglect or misuse of any Arisoo Spa property including, but not limited to, furniture, communal toiletry, equipment, Locker Keys, towels, robes, any rooms or facilities, etc., will be grounds for ejection. The cost of repair must then be compensated by visitor. Any persons suffering from skin issues, heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, shall not use the spa pool without medical consultation. All guests agree to read all regulations and caution signs throughout the facility, especially by the sauna and spa pool areas.

Arisoo Spa is a smoke-free environment. No electronic cigarettes are permitted.
RESERVATION
Reservations are required for services. By booking a reservation, you agree to the 24 hour cancellation fee. If you fail to show up to your appointment, or call to change your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of all services reserved. No refunds will be given for late arrival. Please plan accordingly to accommodate for any unwanted traffic or outside factors.
BEHAVIOR
Unruly behavior, any form of inappropriate activity, discrimination, and/or profanity may be cause for ejection. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising any accompanying anyone under the age of 18, and monitoring their actions and adherence to rules and regulations. As we are a family-friendly facility.
PERSONAL ETIQUETTE
Refrain from loud conversations and/or noises, especially inside the sauna rooms and spa area, be respectful of your surroundings and others around you, and clean up after yourselves. Do not jump or splash inside the spa or act in a reckless manner. When in the nude locker room area, refrain from any activity or behavior that can or will cause discomfort to others, including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, staring or gawking, etc. Understand and respect the tradition of Asian and European "bath house" culture and act accordingly.
ALCOHOL AND CONSUMPTION
Any intoxicated persons will be denied entrance into our facility. For health and safety reasons, any persons who under the influence is not permitted in the sauna or steam rooms. Arisoo Spa holds a No Tolerance policy against drinking and drunk behavior. Guests found in possession of alcohol will be immediately dismissed from the premises, without refund. No alcohol is to be brought on the property for any reason.
CELL PHONE
Refrain from cell phone use inside the saunas, in our quiet areas (including the Mezzanine floor), and service departments. Be respectful and aware of your surroundings and those around you.
